I worked on the project 7 years. I can't continue work anymore.
Because I don't have money even for hosting (100 USD).
I could continue, but I don't have any funds.
If nobody interested in the project development, I'm leaving.

Я бы мог продолжить работу, но у меня нет никаких средств.
Если в развитии данного проекта никто не заинтересован, то я прекращаю работу.

Добрый день. Года четыре назад я использовал Ваш движок, но потом пошли нелады и я от него отказался, да и с Вашей стороны были проблемы, так что я четыре года назад только потерял и силы и деньги. Но сейчас я готов вернуться к Вашему словарю, это интересная идея и была и остается.
